Dr. Sivadas graduated MBBS from Calicut Medical College in 1996, completed MD and DGO at Government Medical College Kozhikode in 2002, and earned advanced fellowship training in laparoscopic surgery at GEM Hospital, Coimbatore and BEAMS Hospital, Mumbai.
For five years before founding Kokoori, he served as Chief Consultant of the MIMS-CRAFT IVF & Laparoscopic Centre — among the most established reproductive-medicine units in the region. His clinical depth sits at the harder edges of the field: advanced laparoscopy for severe endometriosis, complex IVF protocols, and the surgical management of fibroids and adhesions. He has personally seen more than a thousand babies home.

Every cycle, every surgery, every consultation is reviewed by at least two of the doctors below. Cases are discussed at a weekly board meeting and signed off by Dr. Kokoori.
Reproductive endocrinology and ART. DNB-qualified specialist who runs many of our IVF and ICSI cycles end-to-end — from stimulation through embryo transfer and luteal support. Particular depth in recurrent IVF failure work-up and protocol redesign for poor responders.
MD and DNB credentialled obstetrician-gynaecologist. Routine and complex gynaecology, antenatal care, and shared management of high-risk pregnancies — particularly post-IVF, advanced maternal age and prior loss.
DNB-qualified anaesthetist. Every theatre procedure at Kokoori — oocyte retrievals, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, major operative cases — is anaesthetised by Dr. Neelima. Day-care anaesthesia for ART is a particular focus.
Surgical gynaecology and fertility-sparing procedures, antenatal care for routine and post-IVF pregnancies. Often the operating second hand on Dr. Kokoori's longer laparoscopic cases.
General gynaecology and outpatient evaluation — the steady first port-of-call for many of our long-running patients. Often the doctor families return to between cycles or after surgery.
Heads our embryology laboratory — fertilisation, embryo culture, vitrification and biopsy work for every IVF, ICSI and frozen-transfer cycle. The lab is on-site; no embryos travel.
